Omnely Return & Refund Policy

At Omnely, we want you to feel confident and happy with every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Please review our policy below:

1. Returns

Eligibility:
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

Time Frame:
Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after this period.

Proof of Purchase:
A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required to process any return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Digital downloads (if applicable)
  • Health and personal care items

3. Refunds

Processing:
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Partial Refunds:
Partial refunds may be granted in certain cases, such as:

  • Items not returned in original condition
  • Items damaged for reasons not due to our error
  • Returns requested outside the 30-day window

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

To request an exchange, please email us at support@omnely.us with:

  • Details of the issue
  • Photo proof of damage

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items

6. Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
Sale or clearance items are final and non-refundable.
